- No, McAlister’s Deli gift cards never expire.
- Are there any fees associated with McAlister’s Deli gift cards?
- No, we never charge a service or administration fee on McAlister’s Deli gift cards. If you order a physical gift card there may be applicable shipping charges.
- Where can I purchase McAlister’s Deli gift cards?
- You can easily purchase both physical cards sent by mail or eGift Card sent via email here. Gift cards are also available for purchase at most McAlister’s Deli restaurants.
- Do you offer any discounts on bulk gift card orders?
- McAlister’s gift cards make an ideal customer or employee reward and incentive! We do offer bulk discounts on orders starting as low as $500. Register for a bulk purchase account to begin buying in bulk and saving.
- Do you offer digital gift cards?
- Yes! We call them eGift Cards and they are available for online purchase. Additional Terms and Conditions apply to online purchases.
- How much can I load onto a gift card?
- McAlister’s gift cards sold in McAlister’s Deli restaurants can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $100 and card be reloaded in-store to carry a maximum balance of up to $500. McAlister’s gift cards sold on our website can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $200 and cannot be reloaded. McAlister’s gift cards sold in third party retailers amounts will vary and cannot be reloaded.
- Are McAlister’s gift cards reloadable?
- Yes, but only cards sold from our McAlister’s store locations are reloadable and can only be reloaded in store locations. McAlister’s gift cards bought online, from third party retailers and other business programs are not reloadable.
- How can I check the balance of my gift card?
- View your gift card balance.
- How can I redeem McAlister’s gift cards?
- McAlister’s gift cards can be redeemed at participating McAlister’s Deli restaurant locations by presenting your physical gift card, printed eGift Card or mobile device showing your mobile eGift card at the time of payment. Gift cards can also be redeemed for desktop, mobile and in-app orders by typing in the gift card number and PIN during checkout.
- Where can I redeem McAlister’s gift cards?
- McAlister’s gift cards are currently redeemable at participating locations in the U.S. and desktop, mobile and in-app orders.
- Can I get cashback or a refund on a McAlister’s gift card?
- McAlister’s gift cards cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call us at 888-330-4313 and we are happy to assist with processing your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.
- If my gift card does not have a PIN code, can I still redeem it online?
- No, PIN codes are required for online redemption of gift cards. If your card does not have a PIN, you can redeem it in a restaurant location or request a replacement card by calling us at 888-330-4313.
- If I used my gift card to pay for a desktop or mobile online order that was later canceled or refunded, what happens to my gift card balance?
- The amount paid by a gift card for a desktop or mobile online order will be credited back to the gift card account used for that order. If you did not save that gift card to your online ordering account and do not have a physical copy of that gift card, please call us at 888-330-4313 and we are happy to assist with issuing a replacement gift card.
- What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you have proof of purchase contact customer care at 888-330-4313 for assistance. With proof of purchase we may be able to locate your original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that value.

- What are $5 Reward Codes?
- $5 Reward Codes are typically awarded free with qualifying gift card purchase during limited-time seasonal promotions.
- Can customers or businesses purchase $5 Reward Codes?
- No, this program is leveraged internally by McAlister's for marketing and other purposes.
- How do I unlock my $5 Reward in my McAlister's Rewards Account?
- Redemption of $5 Reward Card is simple through the McAlister's app or online and a registered McAlister's Rewards account. Once you have completed rewards registration, within the app or online simply go to My Rewards and enter your Reward Code shown on the back of the $5 Reward Card. Once unlocked in your loyalty account, you can dispose of the physical card and apply the reward in basket from available rewards after adding applicable items in the basket.
- How do I redeem my $5 Reward in-store?
- To learn how to unlock $5 Reward in your loyalty account, see question “How do I unlock my $5 Reward Card in my rewards Account?” above. Once completed, to redeem your $5 Reward code in store, scroll down to the QR code and display it to the cashier at checkout or they can look it up at the register with your account information, either by scanning your account QR code or looking up the phone number associated with your McAlister's Rewards account.
- How do I redeem my $5 Reward for orders placed online via the app?
- To learn how to unlock $5 Reward in your loyalty account, see question “How do I unlock my $5 Reward Card in my McAlister's Rewards Account?” above. Once completed, to redeem your $5 Reward for online orders placed through the app or online, simply place your order and proceed to checkout where you will find your $5 Reward under available rewards to apply at check out in basket.
- How do I redeem my $5 Reward for orders placed online via desktop?
- To learn how to unlock $5 Reward in your rewards account, see question “How do I unlock my $5 Reward Card in my McAlister's Rewards Account?” above. Once completed, visit www.mcalistersdeli.com and sign in with your McAlister's Rewards account credentials. Click “Start Order" and place your order including at least one food or beverage item. Once you reach check out, click “Apply” button next to your $5 Reward under "Available Rewards and Offers" then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Do $5 Rewards expire?
- Yes, $5 Rewards will have a printed valid redemption period. They can be unlocked in the McAlister's app or online prior to the valid redemption start date, and will expire as indicated.
- Can I use multiple $5 Rewards in one visit or online order?
- $5 Rewards are limited to one offer per guest check.
- Can I combine other loyalty rewards, promotional offers or other discounts with $5 Reward redemption?
- No, $5 Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
